It’s extremely important to get the proper grams for your texture of hair as they can weigh down your natural hair, causing tension and alopecia if the weight is too bulky.
Depending on if your hair is thin, medium or thick and your goals are more volume or length it can range from 150 grams - 500 grams of hair needed.
